Dominoes Freecell Solitaire Game Rules
- Dominoes Freecell Solitaire is based on Freecell cards solitaire game invented by Ecks Why.
- Left end of each tile is considered the "suit" and right end is considered the "rank" so there are 7 suits (from 0 to 6) and each suit has ranks starting from 0 upto the suit number (for ex, suit 2 will have ranks from 0 through 2).
- At the beginning, all dominoes with at least one blank end are placed in ascending order of rank in 7 foundation piles. These foundation piles are built up by suit in ascending order of rank which means each foundation pile must end with the double of its suit sequence. Since foundation pile starting with [0-0] has only one tile in its suit sequence, it can not be built further up.
- There are 6 tableau piles in the game. The first 3 tableau piles are dealt 3 tiles each and remaining 3 piles are dealt 4 tiles each.
- There is one cell in the game (right below foundation pile starting with [0-0]). This cell can hold one tile at any time if it is empty.
- In tableau, tiles are played in descending order of rank by alternate odd and even suits.
- Complete or partial in-sequence tiles can also be played from one tableau pile to another pile provided tiles being moved are less than or equal to maximum sequence size allowed for moving (based on number of empty cell and empty tableau piles).
